1. Scope and Parties

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the client portal at https://pm.greatresultsonline.com (“Portal”).
The Portal is operated by Great Results Online LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By using the Portal, the client (“you,” “your”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Access and Accounts
 • Access is by invitation only and intended solely for existing or prospective clients of Great Results Online LLC.
 • You must keep your login credentials confidential and promptly inform us of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
 • Engage in unlawful activity or infringe the rights of others.
 • Upload or distribute malware, abusive, or defamatory content.
 • Attempt to gain unauthorized access or disrupt the Portal.
 • Share personal data of others without consent.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Services and Payments
 • The Portal is provided free of charge as part of our professional services (e.g., Google Ads management, SEO, CRO).
 • You may receive and pay invoices or estimates via integrated payment providers such as Stripe and Mollie.
 • All fees and payment obligations remain as agreed in the relevant service agreement or proposal.

5. Data Rights

We process and store client data (including contact, invoice, estimate, project, ticket, and related information) solely to deliver agreed services.
You retain ownership of your data and may exercise GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
 • The Portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
 • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
 • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or other damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
 • These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
 • Disputes shall first be submitted to arbitration in the Netherlands. If arbitration does not resolve the dispute, it may be brought before the competent Dutch court.

8. Changes

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Portal and take effect upon posting.
